This is how I create content very quickly.

It is my content creation secret weapon.

If you want to post to your blog, if you want to do a webinar, if you want to do a teleseminar, doesn’t matter what kind of content you want to do, you’re going to like this.

This one tool can help you create content at will.

Have an idea today?

Post that idea to your blog today without writing.

My repeatable process has worked for me for a couple of years now.

I love it, I teach it, and I wanted to share it with you. Here’s how it works.

Number one. Have the idea. 

Now, this can be an idea out of your head or it could be inspiration you drew from a webinar that you attended or inspiration from articles you’ve read or some sort of meeting you attended.

Just make sure that it’s your idea and never use someone else’s content without their permission. That’s the wrong thing to do.

Step number two. Make an outline. 

I do this in Keynote. You can do it in anything you want to.

On a piece of paper, you can do it on a computer.

It doesn’t matter.

Just make a bullet point outline of the idea you want to convey.

You don’t need to write your blog post or other content.

All you need is bullet points.

Step three. Fire up your voice recorder. 

Now, every computer has a microphone. You don’t need a high quality microphone.

This is not Carnegie Hall. If you don’t have one on your computer, you can download a voice program for free.

Step number four. Talk about your idea. 

Just talk about it like you are going to share information with your best friend.

Just talk about the points into your voice recorder. Now, once again, this does not need to be presentation quality or radio voice type of content. It doesn’t need to be that at all.

What you’re going to do is send the audio that you make to .

You’re going to let them transcribe it for a very low cost.

That way, you’re going to get your content onto your blog for a very low cost, very, very quickly.

I love this website. I use it every single day just about. You’ll see that in just a minute.

Go to Rev, R-E-V, dot com. You’ll see this and here are their prices. A dollar a minute for transcription.

They have other services, too. Let me tell you, they are incredibly fast.

Now, here is my order history with Rev. I’m showing you this simply to say I’m doing what I’m teaching you.

Look at these dates and then look at the red box on the right. I’m getting a six minute long video transcribed for $6 and putting that on my blog.

That’s about a thousand words.

I can’t write a thousand word article that fast.

Step number five. You get the transcript back from Rev.

All you do is upload the audio or if you’ve made a video like this one, you give them the URL where the video is. Then you get the transcript back from Rev.

This usually happens, believe it or not, the same day. I’ve literally seen them turn around these transcriptions in about 30 minutes but I’ve never not had it happen on the same day.

Copy it out of the document they provide.

They give you a Word document, plain text document, whatever you want, very accurate, very professionally done.

  • You copy it out. 
  • You paste it into a new blog post.
  • You do a little formatting if you want to. 

I like to format mine, what I call an enhanced transcript. Boom, you’ve got a new blog post right now.

I’m talking about you can get an idea, you can make five bullet points, you can talk into a voice recorder like you are talking to your best friend.

Explain to them what an autoresponder is, how to lose 10 pounds, how to sleep better tonight, whatever it is, you’ve got a new blog post that day. It really is that easy.

You should try this. You’re going to just love it.
