MOVED – What Are Your CORE FOUR?

When it comes to doing business online things can get very confusing very fast.

It can seem SO simple when you hear the gurus make their pitch.

And then it gets SO complicated when you actually try to do the things they say to do (assuming you survive their upsells)

I’m in the same boat as you. Here is how I keep it super-simple.

If focus on FOUR things. I call them my Core 4.

Focus 1 – Publish

You simply must publish every day if you can.

WHOA Charlie, every day??!!??

Yep, every day. And here’s why …

Because IT WORKS!

If you doubt this, let me drop three names on you.

All excellent people with a desire to succeed.

And YOU are an excellent person with a desire to succeed, right?

The answer is yes — I’ll help you with the tough ones. 🙂

Here is how they went from NO ONE knowing them to EVERYONE knowing them.

They published. Every day. Sometimes multiple times a day.

So HOW do you pull this off without having a staff of hundreds or a budget in the six figure range?

You use leverage.

Here’s what that looks like.

• Step 1 – Come up with a good idea.
• Step 2 – Put it on your blog.
• Step 3 – Spread it to social with a tool like Buffer.
• Step 4 – Post it to Medium.
• Step 5 – Repeat the process.

This IS easier than it sounds once you structure it and learn to create short, helpful, content.

Focus 2 – Promote

You have to promote every day.

That means sending email (if you have a list) or running an ad on Facebook.

BUT … I’m not talking about spending more than $3 to $10 on any one day. (Unless your ads are converting, then you lean in!)

Focus 3 – Profit

Repeat after me … sales are NOT profit.

That one little phrase can change your life.

I know it’s hard to believe if you are struggling but selling $2000 a day is not that hard. Doing it profitably is MUCH harder.

Watch your bottom line as much, or more, as your top line.

Focus 4 – Play

Question: Why are you working?
Answer: To make money!

• But what about your soul?
• Your family?
• Your friends?
• Your God?

If you are not careful work will consume you. So set boundaries now and protect yourself later.
